Beihzhen LuFeng Chamical Plant is under the control of Jinzhou city Liaoning province. Its original name is Beizhen Country Chemical Plant. It was built in 1978, lies in Goubangzi town which is located at the crossing of Jing-Ha highway and Jing- Shen railway. The plant is 15 kilometres away from Beining Exit of Jing-Shen railway, is next to the interesting place Mountain Lu in the north. |

| On the south, it is Panjin city which is the base of Liaohe oil field and the home of crane. So the plant has the advanced geographical position , the highway and railway transportation is convenient here.The plant covers an area about 20000 square metres, possesses fixed assets about 100,000 yuan RMB. There is a set of plasticizer production line which can produce ester products 1500 tons per year, a set of stainless steel oxidation unit which can produce synthetic fatty acid 5000 tons per year, a set of flotation agent and antirust additive production line with the annual of 5000 tons, and a set of antirust oil and emulsified oil production line with the annual of 6000 tons. The plant has complete sets of necessry accessories and reasonable arrangement.We have 80 staff and workers in the plant, among them 28 people have high or senior technical titles or graduated from college. We have a capable technical team who can be qualified products developing. In the laboratory and test room, there are superior equipments and a complete set of test motheds. We control all the processes of products developing and quality by the perfect quality management system, in order to steadily improve the products quality.The plant was awarded ¡° Value contact and keep credit¡± enterprise for several years as well as the advanced enterprise and the model enterprise in economic.
